Suzanne McKie QC
Farore Law's founder has in the past been a member of the Bar Council's Sex Discrimination Committee, Equal Opportunities Committee, Chair of the Employment Lawyers' Association and trustee of the Human Right Charity, Redress. She has been a Managing Director in a finance house and has first-hand industry experience, with significant experience of regulatory matters. She is also an accredited mediator having mediated disputes related to discrimination and personal injury.
Suzanne also provides advocacy when a client is instructing a different law firm.

Reshma has recently qualified as a solicitor having spent over 6 years working with LPC as an advocate and having originally passed the Bar Finals to become a barrister. She will work on all discrimination and personal injury matters. She has considerable experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution.
Ruth was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017 and has a developed a particular interest in issues involving gender and disability discrimination and gender and sexual harassment. Ruth’s recent work has involved historic sexual abuse cases, discrimination cases in the Employment Tribunals/civil courts and police appeals, and contributing to the firm’s submission to a 2018-19 Parliamentary inquiry regarding the extensive use of NDAs.
In addition to her work for Farore Law, Ruth is undertaking a Master’s Degree in Public Law at the London School of Economics as one of the university’s Santander Scholars. Ruth also contributes to a number of legal charities, including the Public Interest Law Centre and the Free Representation Unit. She can be contacted at [email protected].
He has over 20 years' experience of acting in the fields of employment and discrimination law and who acts as an adviser, mediator and trainer. Rebecca is a UKCP registered counsellor and psychotherapist. She holds a degree from Oxford University in Philosophy and Theology, and did her professional psychotherapy training at WPF Therapy and Regents University. Rebecca specialises in psychodynamic psychotherapy and has a particular interest in working with depression, anxiety and anxiety-related trauma. She currently works in private practice in London and Surrey.
