Harassment and bullying in the House of Commons: Independent Inquiry Report
Dame Laura Cox QC published her Report into the Bullying and Harassment of House of Commons staff on 15 October 2018. Suzanne McKie QC assisted the inquiry by making legal submissions related to the law of harassment, discrimination, and vicarious liability through the Centre for Women’s Justice.
